Use License
Permission is granted to temporarily access and view the Site for your personal or business evaluation of Cuviolab.
You agree that you will not:

Use the Site in any way that violates laws or infringes intellectual property rights
This license may be terminated if you violate these Terms.

No earnings guarantees: We do not guarantee revenue, profit, follower growth, conversion rates, or any specific business outcome.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cuviolab will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Site or Services (including loss of profits, loss of data, business interruption, or reputational harm), even if we were advised of the possibility.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cuviolab’s total liability for any claim related to the Site or Services will be limited to the greater of:
The amount you paid Cuviolab in the 3 months prior to the event giving rise to the claim, or
$100 (if you paid nothing)
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations—so these limits apply only to the extent permitted.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Cuviolab, its officers, directors, employees, contractors, and partners from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from:

Your breach of these Terms
Content, claims, or materials you provide (including infringement of third-party rights)
Any marketing, promotions, or statements you make to your audience that are not written/approved by Cuviolab
